We are not a lender
Fordine Solutions is a consulting and deal-support firm. We are not a bank, a lender, a credit union, a funding source, or an investor. We do not lend money, we do not issue credit, and we do not make credit decisions of any kind.
Our commercial funding assistance service means we help prepare and package a funding request, help identify capital sources that may be appropriate, and coordinate the file as it moves through someone else's underwriting process. The decision to fund, the amount, the rate, the term and every other condition belong entirely to the lender or investor. Nothing on this website is a commitment to lend or an offer of credit.
We are not a freight broker
Our freight dispatching service is provided exclusively as the agent of an authorized motor carrier, under a written dispatch agreement, for carriers who hold their own active FMCSA operating authority and their own insurance.
Fordine Solutions is not a freight broker, a freight forwarder, or a motor carrier. We do not hold FMCSA broker authority, we do not hold a broker surety bond, and we do not arrange transportation on behalf of shippers. We are paid a dispatch fee by the carrier — never a margin, spread, or cut taken out of the linehaul rate. Carriers see the same rate confirmation we do.
We also do not file operating authority, act as a BOC-3 process agent, sell or procure insurance of any kind, factor invoices, or advance funds. Those activities require licences, registrations or authority that we do not hold, and we will refer you to a properly licensed provider rather than perform them ourselves.
Maintaining your operating authority, your insurance and your DOT compliance remains yours. We do not guarantee compliance and we do not represent carriers in audits or enforcement.
We cannot guarantee an outcome
We do not guarantee that you will be approved, that you will receive funding, that you will receive any particular amount or rate, or that a file will close by a particular date. Any person telling you otherwise about our services is not speaking for us.
What we do commit to is the work itself: the file gets audited against our checklist, the red flags get reported to you, and you get told honestly if we think the deal isn't ready.
About the figures on this site
The numbers shown on our homepage are service commitments — descriptions of how we operate, which we control. They are not performance statistics, historical results, or predictions about what you will achieve.
We have deliberately not published track-record claims such as deal volume, funding totals or success rates. If we ever do, they will be figures we can evidence on request.
Results vary
Any description of what our services can do for a business is a general description, not a promise about your business. Outcomes depend on your offer, your market, your pricing, the quality of the underlying deal, the lender's criteria, and a great deal else outside our control. Nothing here should be read as a projection of revenue, savings, approvals or earnings.
Testimonials and reviews
We do not publish invented testimonials, and we will not incentivise anyone to leave a positive review or discourage anyone from leaving a negative one. If a testimonial ever appears on this site, it came from a real client who gave permission to use it.
Where a client's experience is described, that client's result is theirs. It is not a representation that you will get the same result.
Referral and compensation relationships
If Fordine Solutions receives any fee, commission, spread, or other compensation from a lender, funder, vendor or other third party in connection with a transaction we introduce or coordinate, that arrangement is disclosed to the client. Where we receive compensation from more than one side of a transaction, we say so.
Not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice
We are not attorneys, accountants, tax advisers, or licensed investment professionals, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Our review of a file is an operational and completeness review against underwriting expectations — it is not a legal opinion, an audit in the accounting sense of that word, and not a substitute for your own professional advisers.
Licensing
Some states regulate commercial finance brokering, lead generation and related activity, and some require licensing, registration or specific disclosures for commercial financing transactions. Fordine Solutions operates only where it is permitted to do so. Where a state-specific licence or disclosure applies to your transaction, we provide it.

Where this site links to another organisation, we don't control that organisation and we're not responsible for its content, its services or how it handles your information.
