For dispatched carriers

Know a carrier who'd run better with a dispatcher? Tell us.

If you're actively dispatched with us, refer another owner-operator or fleet and earn $15 a week for as long as they stay on with us — up to three carriers at a time. No forms, no quotas. Just tell us who to call.

$15
Per referred carrier, per week they stay active
3
Referred carriers you can be paid for at once
$45
Maximum you can earn per week from referrals

How it works

Four steps, none of them paperwork for you.

Tell us who to call

Call us or have the carrier mention your name when they call in. That's the whole referral — nothing to fill out on your end.

They sign a dispatch agreement

The referred carrier goes through the same onboarding every carrier does — their own active authority and insurance required, same as always.

They stay actively dispatched

Once they've been actively dispatched for a full billing cycle, the referral is confirmed and payouts begin.

You get paid weekly

$15 lands with your regular settlement for every week they remain an active, in-good-standing carrier with us — up to three referred carriers at once.

The fine print

Simple rules, stated plainly.

This is a thank-you for sending us good carriers, not a business opportunity. There's no fee to participate and no minimum you're expected to hit — and we've kept the terms short enough to read in one pass.

Questions carriers ask

Before you send us a name

Yes. The referral program is a thank-you for our own carriers, so you need to be actively dispatched with us and in good standing to participate.

After the carrier you referred signs a dispatch agreement and has been actively dispatched for a full billing cycle. That confirms they're a real, running account before anything gets paid on them.

Three active referred carriers is the cap — $45 a week, maximum. If one of your three goes inactive, that slot opens up and a new referral can fill it.

No. A referral has to be a carrier who wasn't already talking to us. If they're already in our pipeline or a past client, it doesn't qualify — we're not paying out on a lead we already had.

Yes — referral payouts are reportable income. If your total referral payouts in a calendar year meet the IRS reporting threshold, we'll issue the appropriate tax form. Talk to your own tax preparer about how to report it.

No. This is a flat $15 a week per referred carrier, capped at three. We don't pay out on carriers referred by the person you referred — one level, one flat rate, no exceptions.

Yes. We can modify or end the referral program at any time. Referrals already confirmed and actively paying out at the time of a change won't be cut off retroactively for past weeks already earned.

Know someone who should be talking to us?

Have them call and mention your name, or call us yourself with their number. Once they're active, the rest happens automatically with your regular settlement.

Open to actively dispatched carriers in good standing. Not a business opportunity — a capped, flat-rate referral bonus. Referral payouts are reportable income.
