Agreement
These terms apply to your use of fordinesolutions.com. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update them; the date above tells you when they last changed.
What this website is
This site describes the services offered by Fordine Solutions. It is general information about what we do. It is not an offer, a quote, a contract, or professional advice of any kind, and nothing on it creates a client relationship between us.
A client relationship begins only when we've both signed a written scope of work. Until then, nothing said here or in an enquiry commits either of us to anything.
What we are not
Fordine Solutions is not a lender, bank, funding source, or investor, and does not make credit decisions. We are not attorneys, accountants, tax advisers, or licensed investment professionals, and nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Our disclosures page sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.
Enquiries and communications
When you send an enquiry you're asking us to reply, and you confirm the information you've given is accurate and yours to give. Don't submit someone else's personal or financial information through the form without their permission.
The general enquiry form is not a secure channel. Don't put account numbers, identification, or tax documents into it, and never send them to us by email or text.
Carriers onboarding for dispatch are a separate case: the carrier onboarding page provides an encrypted upload for your carrier packet, and sensitive documents are encrypted in your own browser before they are sent. Use that, or a secure link we send you — nothing else.
If you opt in to text messages, our SMS terms apply to those messages, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Documents you send us
When you send us a document you confirm it's yours to send, that it's accurate, and that you have permission to share any other person's information contained in it. Don't upload somebody else's tax or identity documents without their consent.
We handle what you send under our privacy notice. We are not a document custodian or a records service — keep your own originals.
Electronic signatures and records
You agree that agreements between us may be signed electronically, and that electronic signatures and records have the same effect as paper ones under the federal E-SIGN Act and equivalent state law. You can ask for a paper copy of anything you sign, and you can withdraw agreement to electronic records by telling us — though some services may not be practical to provide on paper.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us and for your own regulatory obligations. If you're a motor carrier, that includes maintaining active operating authority, current insurance, and compliance with FMCSA and state requirements — none of which we hold, provide, or guarantee on your behalf.
You agree to indemnify Fordine Solutions against claims arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate, documents you had no right to send, or your own failure to meet a legal or regulatory obligation.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to submit false or misleading information.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details from it.
- Send automated submissions, spam, or anything malicious through the forms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Copy the site's content, design or branding for your own commercial use.
Our content
The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to Fordine Solutions and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not republish, resell or pass them off as your own.
Accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it is complete, error free, or continuously available. Descriptions of our services are general and the actual scope of any engagement is whatever the signed scope says.
Third-party links
Where we link to another organisation, we don't control it and we're not responsible for its content, services, or how it handles your information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fordine Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from an actual engagement is governed by that engagement's own agreement, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
