What we do

Freight dispatch, and every piece of paperwork behind it.

Dispatch is the front of it — we find the loads, negotiate the rate, and handle the broker setups. Behind that sits the work that actually keeps a carrier running: compliance, files, and the documents that decide whether you get paid. Take dispatch on its own, or the whole back office.

01 — Appointment Setting

Qualified meetings, not just names on a list.

Anyone can book a calendar slot. The value is in who's sitting on the other side of it. We handle the outreach and the qualifying conversation, so the meeting that lands on your calendar is with someone who has the budget, the authority and a real reason to talk.

  • Targeted outreachWe build the list against your ideal client profile — industry, size, role, region.
  • Qualified against your criteriaBudget, authority, need and timing confirmed before anything is booked.
  • Briefed before you dialYou get context on the company and the problem before the call starts.
  • Confirmed and remindedWe chase the confirmation and send the reminder so no-shows stay rare.

02 — Client Acquisition

More paid clients, not more busy work.

A booked meeting is only worth what it converts to. We work on the part most businesses neglect — the offer, the follow-up and the handoff — so interested prospects turn into signed, paying clients instead of quiet maybes.

  • Offer clarityWe sharpen what you sell and what it costs until a prospect can repeat it back.
  • Follow-up that runs itselfSequenced touchpoints so nobody goes cold because someone forgot to call back.
  • Pipeline visibilityYou can see every open opportunity and exactly what stage it's sitting in.
  • Clean onboardingSigned clients get a proper start instead of a dropped ball in week one.

Where deals usually leak

No second touch

The majority of prospects need several contacts. Most businesses stop after one.

Vague pricing

If the prospect can't work out what it costs, they don't ask — they disappear.

Slow handoff

Momentum dies in the gap between "yes" and the first piece of actual work.

03 — Project Management & Dispatching

Somebody owns every job, start to finish.

Work stalls when ownership is unclear. We put a named coordinator on each project, dispatch the right people to the right place, hold the schedule, and keep every party — client, crew and office — reading from the same page.

  • Scheduling & dispatchJobs assigned and routed, with confirmation that someone actually showed up.
  • Milestone trackingEvery project has defined stages and a date attached to each one.
  • Client communicationUpdates go out on a rhythm, so nobody has to chase you for a status.
  • Escalation before it's a crisisIf a date is going to slip, you hear it early enough to do something about it.

04 — File & Deal Auditing

Every i dotted. Every t crossed. Before it ships.

This is the service we're known for. Before a file reaches an investor or an underwriter, we read it the way they will — looking for the gap, the mismatch, the expired document — and we tell the broker and the client exactly what we found while there's still time to fix it.

  • Completeness checkIs every required document present, current, legible and properly executed.
  • Consistency checkEntity names, addresses, ownership splits and figures must agree across the package.
  • Red-flag reviewThe things an underwriter stops on — deposit gaps, expiring cover, unexplained transfers.
  • Written findings to both sidesBroker and client get the same report, at the same time, in plain language.
  • Re-check after correctionsOnce items are cleared we verify the fix before the file goes out.
The seven categories we check
01 — Identity & entity documentsChecked
02 — Financial statements & returnsChecked
03 — Bank activity & deposit historyChecked
04 — Licences, permits & insuranceChecked
05 — Collateral & supporting valuationChecked
06 — Signatures, dates & executionChecked
07 — Cross-document consistencyChecked

05 — Commercial Funding Assistance

Packaged properly, pointed at the right desk.

A strong deal sent to the wrong lender still gets declined. We help assemble the request, present it the way capital sources expect to see it, and stay on the file through underwriting so questions get answered in hours rather than weeks.

  • Request packagingA clean summary, a credible use of funds, and the documents to support both.
  • Source matchingPointing the file at lenders whose criteria it actually fits.
  • Underwriting liaisonWe field the conditions and chase the documents so the file keeps moving.
  • Closing coordinationConditions tracked to zero so the closing date holds.

Important to be clear about

We are not a lender or a broker. Fordine Solutions does not lend money, does not make credit decisions, and cannot guarantee an approval, a rate or a timeline. Every funding decision belongs to the lender. What we do is make sure the file arriving on their desk is complete, consistent and honest — which is usually what separates a fast yes from a slow no.
Coming soon

Seasoned tradelines for business owners.

We are finalising partnerships to offer seasoned authorised-user tradelines. Packages are quoted directly rather than listed, because the right fit depends entirely on your situation — and because anyone advertising a flat price for this is guessing.

Pricing depends on the age of the line, the limit, and how many you need — which is why we quote rather than publish a rate card. Call and we will walk you through what is available, what it costs, and whether it is the right move for your situation at all.

Important to be clear about A tradeline is not credit repair, and it is not a guarantee of anything. We make no representation about score changes, approval odds, or any lender's decision — those belong to the credit bureaus and the lender, not to us. Anyone promising you a specific number of points is telling you something they cannot know. We will tell you plainly what this is and what it is not before you spend a dollar.

Tell us where it's stalling.

Most engagements start with one service and grow. Start wherever it hurts most.
