Meetings with people who can actually sign — not a calendar full of names that go nowhere.
About us
Fordine Solutions exists because the gap between a running truck and a profitable one is almost never the driving. It's a missed filing, a lapsed certificate, an entity name spelled two different ways, a broker who was never going to pay — small things that cost a week's revenue and sometimes cost the authority.
Our mission
A deal, a project or a load should never fail over something that could have been caught on our desk. We take the operational work that sits in front of and behind the close — the outreach, the documents, the coordination, the follow-through — and hand it back finished, checked, and ready to move.
We measure ourselves on the work, not on outcomes we don't control. We won't promise you an approval, a rate, or a load that pays what you'd like it to. We will promise you that when the file leaves our hands, it's right.
One mission, six desks
Meetings with people who can actually sign — not a calendar full of names that go nowhere.
A follow-up that doesn't go quiet, and an offer tight enough to answer the question the buyer is really asking.
Someone owns every job from kickoff to sign-off, and every party hears the same thing at the same time.
The problem found on our desk, while it's still cheap to fix — not on the underwriter's, when it costs a week.
A file that arrives ready to be read. We don't decide whether it funds; we make sure nothing in it is the reason it didn't.
Your authority, your call, our desk. You approve every load, and you see the same rate confirmation we do.
What we believe
Everyone wants to talk about strategy. Almost nobody wants to own the document chase, the follow-up call, the third read-through of a package at 7pm. But that's the work that decides whether a file funds in two weeks or dies in six.
So that's the work we took. We handle the operational layer around your deals — booking the meetings, running the projects, and auditing the files — with the same seriousness most firms reserve for the parts that are fun to present.
The result is simple: fewer surprises, faster closings, and a broker who doesn't have to apologise to a client for something that could have been caught two weeks earlier.
Our job is to be the last person who finds a problem — instead of the first person to hear about one from an underwriter. — The operating principle behind every file we touch
How we're different
Plenty of firms tell the broker and let them decide what the client hears. We don't. When we find something, both parties get the same written notice on the same day — because a problem discovered at the closing table is far more expensive than an awkward conversation two weeks earlier.
You get one coordinator who knows your account, not a shared inbox and a ticket number. They know which deals are live, which are stuck, and who to call when something needs a decision today.
What we own, what you own, and what it costs — agreed in writing before anything begins.
We're not a lender and we don't make credit decisions, so we'll never tell you a deal is going to fund. What we will tell you is whether the file is ready to be judged fairly — and that's the part actually within anyone's control.

Who we work with
One call is usually enough to tell. We'll be straight with you either way.
