Required MC authority letter Your FMCSA operating authority, showing it's granted and active. Choose file

Sole proprietor without an EIN? Your W-9 will show your social security number instead. That's normal and it's fine — upload it here, where it's encrypted before it leaves your device. We will never ask you to type a social security number into a web form, or send one by email or text. If anyone claiming to be us does, it isn't us.

How we handle your documents

Your packet goes through an encrypted link we send you directly — not email, not this form, not a text. We keep what we need for the engagement and nothing else.

Your W-9 contains your taxpayer ID and, for a lot of owner-operators, your social security number. That belongs in an encrypted channel with an audit trail. If a dispatch service ever asks you to email one, that tells you something about how they'll handle the rest of your business.

What we are. A dispatch service acting as your agent — not a freight broker. We don't hold FMCSA broker authority, don't arrange freight for shippers, don't sell insurance, and don't factor invoices. Full disclosures.
