Load boards eat your evenings
You finish a 600-mile day and then spend two hours refreshing a board and calling brokers who already covered the load. That is unpaid work, every night.
Freight dispatch for owner-operators
We book the loads, negotiate the rate, and handle the broker setups and paperwork you hate — under your authority, in your name. Eight percent of line-haul. Nothing on your fuel surcharge, your detention, or your lumpers.
What a dispatcher is actually for
You finish a 600-mile day and then spend two hours refreshing a board and calling brokers who already covered the load. That is unpaid work, every night.
Six free broker portals is one morning of paperwork and better freight than the public boards. Almost nobody gets around to it, because it is nobody's favourite job. It is ours.
The POD sits in the cab for three days. The invoice goes out late. The broker pays in sixty. Meanwhile the note, the insurance and the fuel do not wait.
What we do
You keep your authority, your insurance and your truck. We take the phone work, the paperwork and the chasing — and every load is still your call before we book it.
We search the boards and our broker contacts for freight that fits your lanes, your equipment and your floor — then negotiate. You approve every load before we commit the truck.
Learn moreTQL, C.H. Robinson, Coyote, Echo, Uber Freight, Landstar — we get you packeted and approved with the brokers whose freight never reaches the public boards. Day one.
Learn moreWe get the rate confirmation in writing before your wheels turn, check it line by line against what was agreed, and file it. No rate con, no truck — no exceptions.
Learn moreBefore we book, we check the broker's authority, confirm there's no pending cancellation on their bond, and ask your factor whether they'll fund that invoice. If the factor says no, we don't book it.
Learn moreSend us the POD the day you deliver and it goes straight to your factor. Not factoring yet? We'll introduce you to companies that fund in a day or two instead of sixty.
Learn moreWe also do appointment setting, client acquisition, project management, file and deal auditing, and commercial funding support for brokers and business owners. Same discipline, different industry.

A load that pays well and never pays at all is the most expensive week you can have. So every broker gets checked before we commit your truck — and if anything comes back wrong, we don't book it, no matter what the rate says.
How we work
Your lanes, your equipment, where you want to end the week, and the rate you won't go under. Ten minutes.
You send authority, insurance, W-9 and your notice of assignment. We get you set up with brokers the same day.
We bring you loads. You say yes or no. Nothing gets booked without your word, and the first week costs you nothing.
Brokers pay you — never us. We invoice you separately on Friday for eight percent of line-haul. That's the whole arrangement.

Questions
Line-haul only. Nothing on your fuel surcharge, nothing on detention, layover, truck-order-not-used, or lumper reimbursement. Those accessorials are yours in full — they're written into the agreement that way, not just promised on a call.
We invoice you every Friday for the loads booked that week. There's no card on file and nothing renews by itself.
No. The first seven days after we book your first load are free, and you can walk away any day of that week — no notice, no fee, no card on file. After the trial, either side can end it on seven days' written notice. Email counts.
There is a signed agreement, and you want one — it's what lets us speak to brokers on your behalf and what says we never touch your money. But it doesn't tie you to us.
Same day, if your paperwork is ready. Send us your MC authority letter, certificate of insurance, W-9 and notice of assignment, and we start broker setups that morning. Most carriers are approved with several brokers inside 48 hours.
If your authority is less than six months old, some brokers will hold off. We'll tell you which ones rather than let you find out load by load.
You. Always you, or your factoring company if you have a notice of assignment on file. Freight money never passes through us, not once, not as a favour. We invoice you separately for our fee.
Any dispatcher who takes payment from a broker is brokering without authority — and that becomes your problem as well as theirs. Ask every dispatcher you talk to this question.
No. Every load is your decision. We present it — rate, lane, weight, appointment times, deadhead — and you say yes or no. Nothing gets booked without your word, in writing.
You tell us your floor, the states you won't run, and where you want to be Friday night. We work inside that, not around it.
No. We're a dispatch service — your agent, working under your authority. We hold no FMCSA operating authority, we never take possession of freight, and we earn no spread or markup on any load. Your name and MC are on every rate confirmation and bill of lading.
A broker arranges freight under their own authority and carries a $75,000 bond. That's a different business, and we're not in it.
Tell us your lanes and your floor. If we can't find you freight worth running, you've lost nothing but a phone call.
We reply to every enquiry within one business day.
